Let us know what type of property you have, where it’s located and its condition and we will get back to you. We have no limit of the size or type of property we buy. We have previously purchased everything from maisonettes to multi-million pound houses so there is no prototype of ‘typical’ properties we buy. There is absolutely no obligation - or cost associated with getting an offer from us.

Get an Offer

If your property fits within our parameters, we will use our underwriting team which has access to information in real time and top of the range software to provide you with a provisional offer. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange for totally independent local estate agents to value your property. At this point, we will then send you a formal offer.

Legal Proceedings

Once the formal offer has been agreed, we will instruct a solicitor to do all the checks and searches on the property. Once these come back, we will be in a position to exchange contracts and then complete. Once contracts have been exchanged, it is possible to release 10% of the offer to you if it is required. Otherwise, the formal offer amount in full, will be transferred to you on completion.

We try and work to our strengths, so if for example, you are selling a probate property, we will match you to one of our experts with plenty of expertise in that area. We find that this makes the process much more straightforward and means you have one central point of contact to direct any questions to. You will be guided through the process until the point that the money is in your account.

Yes – we are sympathetic to the fact that for whatever reason sometimes the money is needed quickly. We can release 10% to you once we have exchanged contracts.
